HORIZONTAL video (with the duration of your option), frame size 16:9, format .mov or .mp4, dimensions 2026px wide X 1126 px Height.
Photo Requirement:
HORIZONTAL photo must have extension .jpg or .jpeg, dimensions 2026px wide X 1126 px Height or frame 16:9, min resolution 72 dpi.
If your video / photo shows a famous person, you'll need to send their authorization (or from their manager) that you can display your video / photo on a billboard in Times Square. Download, sign and upload this image release authorization form
