Split Sheets Terms of Service

1. Introduction Welcome to Nephilum Distribution. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our split sheets services provided through our website or in any other format. By using our split sheets, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of Split Sheets Split sheets are provided to help songwriters and composers document the percentage of ownership each contributor has in a musical composition. You agree to use our split sheets solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this service by any third party.

3. Accuracy of Information While Nephilum Distribution provides a framework for capturing contribution details accurately, the input of information and details related to ownership percentages, identification of contributors, and related rights is entirely the responsibility of the users of the split sheets. You acknowledge that Nephilum Distribution is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by you or any other user.

4. Disclaimer of Liability Nephilum Distribution is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content provided through the split sheets. All content is provided “as is,” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The split sheets will be constantly available, or available at all; or

  • The information on the split sheets is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the split sheets. Nephilum Distribution shall not be liable for any errors resulting from incorrect data entry or misrepresentations made by users of the service.

5. Indemnity You hereby indemnify Nephilum Muzicc LLC d.b.a. Nephilum Distribution and undertake to keep Nephilum Distribution indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by Nephilum Distribution to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by Nephilum Distribution arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms.

6. Modifications to Terms Nephilum Distribution reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. By using this service after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
